Job overview:

An exciting opportunity to be part of our new flagship assessment service in Westminster. You will be part of the team developing a psychologically informed enhanced assessment service model for rough sleepers who have recently arrived to the streets of Westminster but whose local connection is likely to be elsewhere.

Job purpose

  • Using your specialist assessment and reconnections skills, experience and knowledge to provide advise, support and, where appropriate, identify and provide in-house workshops for the staff team.
  • Conduct thorough, needs led assessments and offer informed, accurate and effective action plans to residents with their input and co-operation
  • Facilitate supported reconnections and advice to clients through case management to the services and areas most appropriate for them
  • Advise clients of, and assist them to obtain, their welfare, housing and related rights. Keep well informed of changes and developments in relevant legislation and benefits.
