Finance Admin Volunteer

One or two full days or three half days per week.

Team Information

The Finance Team consists of our Business Director and a Finance Officer. The team is supported by various volunteers who help to log donations, send out campaigns and thank donors.

About this Role

We one or more volunteers to help assist the team to maintain our financials systems.

Tasks will include:

  • Organising the archive folders on the computer
  • Assisting with the logging and recording of income and expenditure
  • Scanning filing and photcopying

Qualities needed:

  • Aged 18 or over - essential
  • Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office, espeically Excel
  • Ability to uphold and respect The Passage policies and procedures
  • Ability to respect working environment

What you can expect:

  • Volunteer induction and in the role training
  • Supervision by our Finance Assistant
  • Free lunch if you volunteer for five hours or more or contribution to lunch costs
  • Travel expenses reimbursed according with our Finance Policy
