Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Passage. The Passage has a strong culture of volunteering and we are very grateful to those who offer their time and skills to support our work.

Tube Station Collector Volunteers – TUESDAYS

Help us to raise vital funds via our tube station collections.

The Passage depends on voluntary income to fund its work. Our station collections provide vital revenue, recruit new donors and promote volunteering. We need more volunteers for our TfL collections at London's tube stations. The specific dates and tube stations are already booked, see below. All collections are on a Tuesday between 7.00 - 22.00.

Commitment: We are seeking volunteers who can volunteer for a minimum of one hour between 7.00 - 22.00, unless otherwise stated.

All tube collections take place on a TUESDAY:

12 November Fulham Broadway

3 December South Kensington - 15.00 - 22.00

Home for Good Community Volunteer

Support formerly homeless people to settle into their new communities through the Home for Good project.

Commitment: Meeting for a minimum of one hour every week or two hours per fortnight at a regular time. Minimum commitment of 6 months.

Reception Volunteer – Tuesday pm

Provide excellent front of house reception for The Passage

Commitment: We have vacancies on:

Tuesdays 12.30 - 16.30

We are hoping for a weekly commitment from our volunteers.

This role is based at our main building on Carlisle Place in Victoria.

Client Development Volunteer

Support clients on a one-to-one basis to help them create CVs, develop interview techniques, learn basic computer skills and look for employment.

Commitment: We are seeking volunteers who can do any weekday , 9.30am to 3pm OR 9.30am - 12.30pm

Volunteers are required to complete 4 trial shifts as part of the recruitment process.

Assessment Hub Reception Volunteer

Help at our Assessment Hub's reception desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, supporting the duty project worker and engaging and interacting with residents.

Commitment: We only have vacancies for this role on weekends. We are hoping for a weekly or fortnightly commitment to one of the following days and shift times:
w - weekly
fn - fortnightly

Thursday - 8am - 1pm (fn)
Friday - 6pm - 10pm (w) or (fn)
Saturdays - 6pm - 10pm (fn)
Sundays - 1pm - 6pm (fn) OR 6pm - 10pm (fn)
