The Home for Good Project provides ongoing support to formerly homeless people who have been resettled into their own accommodation. The purpose of the service is both to help people to sustain their tenancies and to help them to settle into what will often be a new community. Through providing ongoing and holistic support at a local level we hope to reduce the number of people who return to the street after moving into accommodation.
The Home for Good Social Club provides a space for former clients of The Passage who are now in their own accommodation to meet, participate in a range of activities, and link into a wider range of support networks. In addition to socializing, we try to look after our clients in order to improve their well-being.
