Homelessness isn’t inevitable – it’s preventable.
Our No Night Out model has already protected 300+ people, and it’s now recognised in the Mayor of London’s Action Plan and Westminster City Council’s strategy to end rough sleeping.
We all have a role to play in ending homelessness. What will yours be?

Join us as we discover The Art of The Possible
The Passage believes that as a society, we need to reframe homelessness as something that is prevented from happening in the first place, rather than simply being managed when it does.
Our new strategy outlines how we will contribute to that goal over the next 3 years, with a focus on three core objectives: preventing, convening, and sustaining. These objectives will be underpinned by a commitment to collaboration.
Thanks to the support of people like you, in the last year* we have:
Served more than 46,000 hot and nutritious meals to those who visit our Resource Centre🍴
Prevented over 2,200 people from becoming homeless, helping them to find and keep a home🏠
Enabled over 900 people to gain financial independence, security and stability💷

In 21st Century Britain, homelessness should not exist
Over 4,300 people were seen sleeping rough on the streets of London in the last quarter*1. Each of these numbers represents a person – someone with a voice, a story, and the potential to shape a different future.
Lasting change can only be achieved when the voices of those who are directly affected by homelessness, are heard and acted upon.

Lasting change happens when people come together
We know that real change happens when people come together – sharing insights, listening to lived experience, and designing solutions that work. That’s why we’re growing partnerships, amplifying unheard voices, and testing bold new ways to support people before crisis hits.
