Face The Unknown and take on a fitness challenge like no other.
Thank you to 30 amazing supporters who took part in our first ever Face the Unknown Fitness Challenge this June. They took on 14 days of mystery workouts and raised money to support people who are homeless that face the unknown every day.
Whether you are a fitness fanatic looking for variety, or an exercise novice looking for inspiration, there’ll be a daily challenge for you! And you can never be sure who will pop up to set the next challenge – Face the Unknown is supported by some familiar faces from the world of sport and fitness including Barry’s, the best workout in the world, Ex-pro rugby player, Ben John, British Decathlete, Benjamin Gregory and Co-founder of Bear Fitness London, Sarah Ryder.
How does it work?
Click on the Sign-up button to take you to our Face the Unknown website. Complete the sign up form. Your fundraising page will then be created for you automatically.
You will receive a new daily challenge by email every evening around 7pm. Choose from two levels of fitness challenges. Share your #FacetheUnknown challenge on social media for everyone to see! Be part of a wider community by joining our Face the Unknown Facebook group.
Spread the word and ask your friends, family and followers to sponsor you as you take on the Face the Unknown Fitness Challenge. Everyone who raises over £80 will receive a free Face the Unknown medal, and those who raise over £160 will receive a free t-shirt as a keepsake of your achievements.
