We invite you to join us for the return of our annual Garden Party!
Time: 6pm to 9pm
Dress Code: Smart casual. No denim please.
Taking place in the beautiful surroundings of the historic College Garden at Westminster Abbey, this event is a fantastic opportunity to reunite with friends, family and business colleagues and enjoy a wonderful summer evening in aid of The Passage.
With the easing of official restrictions from 21st June, we look forward to welcoming old and new friends!
Ticket price includes a delicious barbecue (with plenty of dietary options), alcoholic and soft drinks, live entertainment, a raffle and silent auction.
As you would expect, we are running things slightly differently this year to be able to hold the event as safely as possible for all our guests, volunteers and staff. One of the main changes is to the seating arrangements and we have decided to offer a table service. Discounts apply for tables of 6, 8 or 10 guests and we encourage you to book as a party if you can. However, we are also selling individual tickets so no one will miss out! Please note that we will allocate all guests to a table for the duration of the evening.
We are hopeful that the sun will shine on the day, however, in the event of poor weather, we can only guarantee that the first 200 tickets purchased will have access to our weatherproof marquee. All other seating will be outdoors so perhaps bring an umbrella, just in case. We hope our guests will understand that this is the fairest way for us to avoid overcrowding in an enclosed space.
We do hope that this won’t discourage you from attending and supporting the work of The Passage, which has ben especially challenging over the past year. Further information about the event and our safety measures will be sent to all guests week commencing 28th June.
Tickets for the Garden Party are digital and will be accepted in electronic format. There is no requirement to print a hard copy.
Our Pandemic Promise
The Passage is working hard to make sure our events are safe and follow current government guidelines. The Garden Party will be managed in such a way that is socially distanced, hygienic and safe for our guests, staff and volunteers. We will keep in touch should anything change and to let you know more about plans for the evening.
If the event is cancelled or postponed, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and you will have the option to either transfer your ticket to 2022 or to request a full refund.
