The Hospitality Team’s role is to make sure all clients are welcomed to the centre, to provide access to services at the centre, and to engage with, and give initial assessments to, new and returning clients.

The primary services that the Resource Centre provides include breakfast and lunch, showers, laundry, and activity groups. Assessments are carried out to find out more about the situation and needs of each individual in order to refer them to other specialist services if necessary and to create a clear action plan with them. The Resource Centre provides services for those who are rough sleeping in the local area, and for insecurely housed clients (including people who are in hostels, bed-and-breakfasts, or sleeping on friends’ sofas).
