We will never share your data with any other third parties, unless you agree.
  4. You acknowledge that any photography or film footage taken as part of your participation in the event can be used for promotional and marketing purposes for this specific event and any future Passage events activity, including but not limited to promotion on The Passage’s and third-party websites, social media, in online and print media publications and other marketing materials. If you do not wish for your image to be used in this way, please contact the Events team using the details below.
  5. You acknowledge that failure to respond to communications from The Passage’s Events team about completing your registration or fundraising may put your event place at risk.
  6. You agree to pay a registration fee to secure your guaranteed place, which is non-refundable and this cannot be used towards your sponsorship pledge. The Passage’s Charity Place for the 2021 Virgin Money London Marathon will be allocated in April 2021. If successful, you will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £100 within 10 working days of receiving your confirmation email. If you have not paid by this deadline, we will assume you no longer want a 2021 Virgin Money London Marathon place and will give your place to another runner.
  7. You acknowledge this is a fundraising event and commit to raise the minimum sponsorship of £2000, excluding any Gift Aid.
  8. You will take responsibility for registering your contact details with the Organiser of the Event if required. Failure to do so will mean you cannot take part in the event. If this is necessary, we will inform you well in advance of what action is required.
