Prince William – We Can End Homelessness

‘Prince William: We Can End Homelessness’ will give a behind the scenes look at the first year of this five-year programme; whilst presenting our shared mission to change perceptions and demonstrate that it is possible to end homelessness.

As one of Prince William’s Royal Patronages and an advisor of the Homewards programme, The Passage is proud to feature in this inspiring documentary.

Having first visited The Passage as a young boy, age 11, Prince William has said: Over the many years that I have visited The Passage, first with my mother when I was just a small boy, I have developed a great affection for you all.

I am always so impressed to see and hear the difference that The Passage makes to the lives of people who are experiencing homelessness.

During this two-part documentary you can see the personal and deep connection that Prince William has with The Passage.

Chief Executive of The Passage, Mick Clarke comments: “As our Patron, he has seen first-hand that homelessness can be prevented and ended – which is where the genesis of Homewards came from; through his personal interactions with those experiencing homelessness on his visits.

I am proud that he has chosen to use his considerable platform to drive home the message that homelessness should simply should not exist in 21st century Britain.
