Our Housing Support Teams work in partnership with Shelter and Residential Management Group (RMG) to deliver Westminster Council’s Housing Solutions Service (HSS) for single people.

Housing Solutions Service (HSS)
The Passage Housing Solutions Service (HSS) team works in partnership with RMG and Shelter to provide enhanced support to single people who have approached Westminster Council for housing assistance. We use a holistic approach and provide wrap around support to improve our services user’s wellbeing and housing outcomes.
We are able provide our service users with specialist advice and support in relation to areas such as welfare, domestic abuse, mental health, physical health, substance misuse, learning difficulties, sensory impairment, immigration, offending behaviour, resettlement support or any other support areas they feel need they support with.
Helping our service users find suitable housing is a key part of our role, and our team can help them find appropriate independent or supported accommodation in accordance with their needs.
Our team truly believe that if they can help clients address their support needs, no matter how big or small, it would give them the best chance of finding and sustaining accommodation in the long term.

As a Resettlement Worker and Welfare Specialist, you will work in-person and remotely with clients who have support needs and who have approached the Housing and Support Service (HSS) for a prevention, relief or advice service.
