Creating accessible routes to employment through collaboration

Together with The Pret Foundation, we’re helping those who experience homelessness into safe, stable and fulfilling employment.

Imagine applying for a job without a computer, the internet, or a fixed address to put on your applications.
Now add the stress and trauma caused, not knowing where you’ll sleep tonight. These are the daily realities for many of our clients.

Our support includes This programme is specifically tailored to support individuals who find themselves marginalised in the job market, providing them with training, a supportive community and a bridge to stable employment.

The Pret Foundation’s Rising Stars Programme is a three-month training programme, where applicants are able to work within various roles at Pret stores, gaining valuable hospitality experience. At the end of this three-month period, clients can continue working within their roles, with the knowledge that support is just around the corner should they need it.

This collaboration between The Passage and The Pret Foundation exemplifies the power of what can be achieved through working together. As Nina states in the video above, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to ending homelessness, but by coming together and combining our resources and expertise, we can make a real, tangible impact.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank The Pret Foundation for their dedication and commitment to improving the lives of those facing homelessness and playing a key role in breaking down barriers to employment.

We offer a holistic range of services designed to meet the needs of those facing homelessness and support clients, providing sustainable routes away from homelessness.
